DEF desires to emerge as comprehensive resource centre for child sight more specifically from the lower state of the society.

DEF shall position itself for deep engagement in preventive interventions to raise awareness on avoidable blindness.

DEF shall strengthen strategies looking to the growing IP and OP from coastal AP and neighboring states.

DEF would like to emerge as digitalized top class, high-paradigm centre of comprehensive resource centre for eye care in these parts of Andhra Pradesh.
